Energizing Communities

At BoomZeal, we believe real leadership shows up—not just in business, but in the communities we serve. Energizing Communities is where we highlight the moments that go beyond the day-to-day—where our team steps up, gives back, and connects with the people and places that inspire us. From local events to collaborative initiatives, this page is a reflection of our mission in action: empowering growth through service, ownership, and impact. Because building better businesses starts with building stronger communities.

Phil “The BoomZeal Guy” DePaul had the honor of delivering the keynote at Career Day Inc. at East Rockaway High School on Long Island. From entrepreneurial beginnings to leading with purpose, BZG shared real-life stories and powerful lessons with students as they explored their future paths. It was a day filled with energy, curiosity, and connection, reminding us of the importance of showing up, giving back, and igniting potential in the next generation. Thank you to East Rockaway High School and Career Day Inc. for the warm welcome and meaningful opportunity!

Mentorship and the Community

DePaul’s ambition extends beyond business success. He’s passionate about shaping the future by empowering the next generation of leaders. He regularly speaks at high school career day events, motivating and inspiring students to think bigger and pursue paths they may not have considered. DePaul also supports local community groups and serves on The Workforce Partnership, representing Oyster Bay, North Hempstead, and Glen Cove — helping young professionals discover their strengths and potential career paths. His influence extends nationally, too. DePaul holds franchise advisory board positions for United Water Restoration Group and 1-Tom-Plumber, helping shape the direction of these leading service brands.

Each time I speak, I get a little more self-aware, a little more fluid. The real win? Connecting with students and young innovators, inspiring their next step.” — Phil “The BoomZeal Guy” DePaul
